HeRO Program

In Dec 2010, the City of Maryville received $110,000 in HOME Repair Opportunity (HeRO) and Downtown Revitalization and Economic Assistance to Missourians (DREAM) program funds. The grant is funded by the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) whose mission is to improve the quality of life of the citizens of Missouri by expanding opportunities to improve and make more livable owner occupied single-family properties in eligible areas.

The City encourages homeowners in the city limits of Maryville to take advantage of the funds that are available. A maximum of $20,000 per house was allocated to the City.

As part of this grant cycle, any single family, owner occupied home in Maryville city limits, is now eligible.  Property owners must meet income eligibility guidelines.
